- Have your drone equipped with lighting if you fly in the dark
- Have a designated pilot in-command for each flight
- Familiarise yourself with the most recent information from all relevant national authorities
- Maintain a horizontal safety distance between the drone and people, animals, and property
- Be prepared to give way for any other air traffic
- Maintain two-way radio communication or equivalent when flying in a traffic information zone
We recommend having private insurance covering recreational drone activities.

- Fly over nuclear power plants, prisons, nature reserves, and military command areas without a permission
- Fly closer than 1 km from a heliport without a permission

- You fly your drone beyond your visual line of sight
- You fly your drone above 120 metres in uncontrolled airspace
- You fly your drone above people, animals, and property that are unrelated to the flight

- Have third party liability insurance with a coverage of SEK 9 m if your drone is over 20 kg
- Hold a flight permit from the Swedish Transport Agency
