    • Follow basic safety rules published by CAA
    • Always keep visual contact with the drone
    • Remain at least 50 meters away from people and buildings
    • Have private liability coverage

    • Operate a drone of more than 25 kg
    • Fly above 150 meters in altitude
    • Operate with only manual flight controls
    • Operate above crowds, industrial sites, urban areas and other restricted areas or impede manned aircraft
    • Operate above urban areas and industrial sites

    • Abide by the ‘Order of the Unmanned Aircraft Rules of Usage
    • Be registered nationally (free)
    • Have a drone identification number visible on fuselage and have an identity plate
    • Perform a mandatory pre-flight inspection
    • Be 18 or older and have a National Drone Pilot Certificate to operate drones
    • Have liability coverage up to EUR 1m

     

    You must not:

    • Operate a drone heavier than 25 kg
    • Fly above 150 meters
    • Operate a drone with only manual flight controls
    • Impede manned aircraft or fly in restricted areas
