You are an operator of a recreational drone

If:
- Not used or commercial purposes
You must:
- Abide by the Law of 26/03/2013 on the use of drones as exclusions of aviation law
- Have private liability coverage
- Respect the privacy of persons
- Remain away from buildings, airports and urban area’s
- Register your drone if weights more than 25 kg
- Have special permission if your drone weights more than 25 kg
- Verify where you can and can not fly by using the online map http://ai.pansa.pl/dron/
You must not:
- Have a pilot certificate
- Operate beyond line of sight
- Operate close to people, buildings and other infrastructure

You are an operator of a model aircraft

If:
- Not used or commercial purposes
You must:
- Abide by the Law of 26/03/2013 on the use of drones as exclusions of aviation law
- Have private liability coverage
- Respect the privacy of persons
- Remain away from buildings, airports and urban area’s
- Register your drone if weights more than 25 kg
- Have special permission if your drone weights more than 25 kg

You must not:
- Have a pilot certificate

You are an operator of a professional drone

If:
- Used for commercial purposes in connection with a business activity
You must:
- Register your drone online if weights more than 25 kg (€7), have a drone identification number visible on fuselage and an identity plate
- Have a pilot certificate
- Be equipped with a parachute and automatic landing devices
- Be over 18 and have a National Drone Pilot Certificate to operate drone (theoretical and practical tests)
- Have a system maintenance manual and operation manual
- Have liability coverage up to 1million Euros
- Have special permission if your drone weights more than 25 kg
- Verify where you can and can not fly by using the online map http://ai.pansa.pl/dron/
You must not:
- Impede manned aircraft or fly in restricted areas
