• If:

    • Used for private and/or leisure purposes

     

    You must:

    • Abide by the ‘Κανονισμός  - Γενικό πλαίσιο πτήσεων Συστημάτων μη Επανδρωμένων Αεροσκαφών - Σμη ΕΑ (UAS) published 30 Sept. 2016’
    • Nationally register any drone
    • Have an identity plate attached to the drone
    • Use only manual flight control
    • Have private liability coverage
    • Be flown away from people and airports

     

    You must not:

    • Operate in clouds, above crowds, industrial sites, urban areas and other restricted areas or impede manned aircraft
    • Fly above 150 meters
  • If:

    • Used for private and/or leisure purposes
    • Used over a specific aviation airfield dedicated to model aircraft activities

     

    You must:

    • Abide by the ‘Κανονισμός  - Γενικό πλαίσιο πτήσεων Συστημάτων μη Επανδρωμένων Αεροσκαφών - Σμη ΕΑ (UAS) published 30 Sept. 2016’
    • Abide by the local rules applicable to the airfield
    • Use only manual flight control

     

    You must not:

    • Operate in clouds, above crowds, industrial sites, urban areas and other restricted areas or impede manned aircraft
  • If:

    Used for commercial purposes in connection with a business activity 

     

    You must:

    • Abide by the ‘Κανονισμός  - Γενικό πλαίσιο πτήσεων Συστημάτων μη Επανδρωμένων Αεροσκαφών - Σμη ΕΑ (UAS) published 30 Sept. 2016’
    • Nationally register the drone
    • Have a permit-to-fly and an aerial work certificate
    • Have a drone identification number visible on the fuselage and an identity plate
    • Have a permit if the drone weighs more than 25kg
    • Have an operation manual
    • Request special authorisation to fly beyond VLOS
    • Fly below 150 meters
