    You must:

    • Abide by Regulation N0 737  ‘Rules for  unmanned aircraft & flying devices, which do not qualify as aircraft’
    • Fly a drone equipped safe landing technology in the case of lost control
    • Have your drone labeled with your name, address and phone number
    • Have liability coverage and additional third-party liability insurance if your drone weights more than 1,5 kg
    • Keep your drone within line-of-sight (500m horizontally measured)
    • Always keep a safe distance between your drone and persons and property. If your drone weights more than 250g, you should remain at least 50 meters away from persons and property as well as public events
    • Remain away from sensitive infrastructure (prisons, military areas, ports, etc.)
    • Have an adult monitoring your flight if you are under 18
    • Remain at an altitude below 120 m
    • Wear special clothing so that you are visible for other people
